I hired Keith after seeing some of his work on Houzz and on his website. We were looking for a personal experience rather than an impersonal firm. We had some ideas, but had never built a house before. From the first meeting in a coffee shop where we were just drawing boxes on paper, we could tell that Keith really listened and understood what we were going for. We had numerous conversations over email and over FaceTime that allowed us to really get to know each other since we live in different states. After all the back and forth, we have come up with plans that suit our family perfectly and provide us with what we hope will be our dream home. It has just the right amount of finishing detail we were looking for. What most impressed us about working with Keith was that he was able to provide us with great options and ideas when we could not come up with them ourselves, but also incorporated everything we wanted into a very simple plan. It was a real pleasure working with Keith and we hope we can use him again or refer him to friends and family.

This is Cory Frederick and a couple of years ago you did a design for my wife and I to move a stairwell to the attic and redesign our kitchen. I just wanted to send you a thank you and tell you how much we love the layout you came up with. After spending the holidays taking things to and from the attic, the new stairwell was an absolute blessing. I can hardly remember the old steep stairs that were there before. You guys did such a great job with the design and functionality that it just seems like the stairs have always been there and sometimes we forget what it was like before. Also, we are getting closer to moving forward with the kitchen you laid out as well. I talked to several other people as well and you truly were the best person for this job.
